We think it is important that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Here we do our best to us every day.Are you not satisfied with your order for whatever reason? That's possible unfortunately! We would therefore like to hear what we can do differently in the future.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without a statement of reason. You have 14 days after cancellation to return your product. After returning, the full order amount including shipping costs will be credited within 14 days.

Return form

We use a return form for a good and clear return flow. Please print, complete and steer the return form with the return shipment. Return shipments without return form slow down the return process.

State of the returns

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

Separately placed orders cannot be returned as a shipment. Unfortunately, combining orders slows down the repayment process.

Cost

Please note that the shipping costs of this package come for your own account. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package, refer to the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If the package is sent to the sender, we charge € 3.50 for the expenses and processing.

Returns in 5 steps

Step 1:Report the return shipment by sending an email to info@verdano-store.nl.

Step 2:Pack the items you want to return in the original packaging and send it to:

Step 3:Print the return form and send it with your return shipment. *

Step 4:Bring the package to a post office and send it with a track & trace code.

Step 5:If we have received the package in good order, we ensure that the purchase amount will be deposited within 14 working days.
