Exchange and return

We think it is important that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Here we do our best to us every day.Are you not satisfied with your order for whatever reason? That's possible unfortunately! We would therefore like to hear what we can do differently in the future.

You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt and we ensure that the purchase amount is in your account within 2-14 days after receiving your return shipment.

Refund Policy

Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns in 4 steps

Step 1:Pack the items that you want to return in the original packaging.

Step 2:Print the compulsory return form and send it with your shipment.

Step 3:Bring the package to a post office and send it with a track & trace code.

Step 4:If we have received the package in good order, we ensure that the purchase amount will be deposited within 14 working days.
