Where do we deliver?
We only ship within the Netherlands. Your order is delivered by PostNL.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping costs € 3,95 per order. You can always see the shipping costs in the shopping cart and at checkout, before you pay.
Delivery time
Orders received on a business day before 17:00 are processed within 1–2 business days. If you order later, processing starts on the next business day. Delivery then takes 7–10 business days.
Allow a total of 8–12 business days from your order.

Track & Trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code so you can follow your parcel.

Damaged or not received
Until you have received your order, it is our responsibility. Has your parcel arrived damaged or not been delivered? Contact us via info@verdano-store.nl and we will sort it out with PostNL and make sure you get a solution.

Exchanges and returns
14-day cooling-off period
You have 14 days after receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. This also applies to sale items.
How to return
- Register your return within 14 days of receipt via info@verdano-store.nl. State your order number and which items you are sending back. You may also use the model form at the bottom of this page.
- We will send you the return instructions and the return address.
- Send the item back to us, well packaged, within 14 days of your notification.
Condition of the item
You may try on an item as you would in a shop. Send it back complete, with labels, and if possible in the original packaging. If an item has been used more than necessary to try it on, we may charge you for the reduction in value.
Exception
Sealed hygiene products, such as underwear, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.
Costs
The cost of sending the item back is at your own expense.
Refund
Within 14 days of your return notification, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs (€ 3,95). We use the same payment method as for your order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, or until you have shown that you have sent it back.
Exchanges
Would you like a different size or colour? Email us and we'll be happy to help. You can also return the item and place a new order.
Defective or wrong item
Have you received a damaged, defective or wrong item? Please contact us. You are entitled to a free remedy (repair, replacement or refund), and in that case we will pay the return costs.
