Guarantees & Complaints

We give to our customers and logically make our best to deliver your order to your order to you. Yet it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens so that you can claim a guarantee. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
