An extensive training system with removable exercise table, handles, resistance straps and exercise guide. Ideal to train the entire body. The plate contains special exercises for 4 muscle groups: breast, shoulders, back and triceps, the most recognizable the torso exercise. The tensors can be used for arm exercises (mainly for biceps) and leg exercises (mainly for the ball muscles). The intensity of the exercise can be controlled by adjusting the size of the elastics using the metal hooks that are stuck to the base.
